Buyer is strongly encouraged to have the bird examined by a licensed avian veterinarian of their choice, at their own expense, within 72 hours of delivery to validate the health guarantee.

If within this period a licensed avian veterinarian determines the bird has a serious, pre-existing, non-treatable condition, buyer must notify seller immediately and return the bird promptly.

Upon verification, seller may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• A replacement bird, OR
• A refund of the purchase price

Buyer acknowledges that mild bacterial growth or stress-related changes (including gram-negative bacteria presence) may occur after shipping and are considered normal.

If a bird dies within the 72-hour guarantee period:

• Buyer must immediately refrigerate (do not freeze) the body in a sealed plastic bag
• The body must be delivered within 12–24 hours to a qualified avian veterinarian or laboratory for necropsy

Any consideration for refund or replacement will depend solely on necropsy results.

Seller is not responsible for:

• Airfreight or transportation charges
• Veterinary, diagnostic, or treatment costs after delivery

All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Buyer acknowledges that birds may rapidly develop diseases, infections, or other life-threatening conditions.

Seller cannot be held responsible for any condition that does not present or is not detectable at the time of initial examination.

Buyer acknowledges that seller makes no guarantee regarding:

• Age
• Health status beyond initial sale
• Condition
• Lifespan

All birds are accepted by buyer strictly "AS-IS."
